Returns

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our gift baskets, returns are not accepted unless there was an error with your order or damage during delivery.

Damaged Products

If your gift basket arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. After this timeframe, we are unable to process exchanges or returns. To report a damaged product:

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • Contact our customer support team directly.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue such as a damaged delivery. Please note that express shipping fees (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, or any other expedited shipping options) are non-refundable. Ground shipping fees are also non-refundable unless the damage was caused by our shipping process.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! To ensure a prompt resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.
